About the Position

EMF Access is seeking a driven, highly organised Administration Manager to join our team based in Landsdale on a full‐time basis.

This is a hands‐on role within a fast‐paced operational business supporting scaffolding and rope access operations across the mining and industrial sectors. The position plays a key role across administration, mobilisation, systems, financial coordination and operational support.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast‐paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate confidently, work well within a team, and genuinely enjoy being part of a business that continues to grow and improve.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem‐solving and wants to make a genuine impact rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Administration leadership and team support
* Overseeing and supporting mobilisation activities across projects and shutdowns
* Invoicing, cost tracking and accounts administration
* Payroll approvals and support to the bookkeeper
* Systems management and compliance administration using Xero, WorkGuru, Hammertech or similar platforms
* HR coordination, onboarding and recruitment support
* Reporting, document control and process improvement
* Supporting operational managers with day‐to‐day business requirements
* Assisting with continuous improvement across administration and business systems

Experience & Skills Required

* Previous experience in an Office Manager or Administration Manager role
* Previous invoicing and accounts experience using Xero
* Strong systems and organisational skills
* Experience using Xero, WorkGuru, Hammertech or similar platforms
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel & Outlook
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Ability to lead and support a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
