About the Role:
This is a key position in our organization, responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs that align with business objectives
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs
* Defining and prioritizing acceptance criteria for enterprise platform solutions
* Coordinating and supporting UAT/PVT testing with business representatives
* Managing enhancements and technical changes to meet business requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business requirements analysis
* Knowledge of enterprise technologies (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, CorePack, Episerver, iApply, OutSystems, Boomi)
* Understanding of the role and processes within our industry
* Experience in case workflow and internal application development/maintenance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in complex, technical, and regulated environments
* Skilled in engaging business users and identifying process improvements
* Ability to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and document solutions
* Proven track record of building productive stakeholder relationships
