**Job Description**
We're seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities for people to belong and thrive.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the disability sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various situations.
* This is a permanent, part-time role located in Hamilton.
* You'll work closely with our customers, supporting them with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centered approach.
* Your shifts will be 44.5/40.5 (fortnightly split).
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you've lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years.
