**Operations & Inventory Management**
* Coordinate inventory levels and manage the receipt of stock arrivals.
* Ensure stock is receipted correctly in the system and discrepancies are reported immediately.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
**Client Relations & Conflict Resolution**
* Act as the face of the company for incoming inquiries.
* Utilize strong emotional intelligence to handle conflict and aggression resolution.
