Job Summary
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing contracts management duties that deliver effective project outcomes.

* Support the project procurement process by analyzing tenders and awarding contracts.
* Manage contract documentation, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
* Analyze project budgets and cashflows, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
* Visit project sites to assess progress and verify claims.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, and relevant experience working on industrial projects. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
