Our client is an Australian project homes builder with 30+ years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions, who are currently building upwards of around 300+ new homes a year across NSW.
They are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team for the South West Sydney area.

Supervise anywhere between 15-20 builds at one timeCoordinate trades, schedules and daily workloadsKeep regular, weekly contact with the clientKeep the company up to date on progress and performanceBe a key problem solver
Skills & experience
Trade qualified & Cert IV in Building & Construction - essentialRelevant work experience with longevity in each role. This is very important!A good attitude and willingness to progress within the industry - they are big on ongoing training and development! There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this business
About you
A minimum of 2+ years' supervising within the volume home spaceWell organised and professional in presentation - this is a client facing role, so a high standard of personal presentation is essentialYou are motivated to build a career in the industry. Lots of training provided for the right candidate.
The salary for this position is flexible depending on experience - $110K - $125K + Super + Car
