An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality & CSR Manager to drive improvements across the quality and CSR space within our supply chain team. This role reports directly to the Head of Logistics and is responsible for managing key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and reporting on quality KPIs to drive improvement in quality and food safety.
* Managing non-compliance issues by ensuring correct processes are followed and corrective actions are implemented.
* Coordinating the development and implementation of quality and CSR improvement plans.
* Participating in the withdrawal and recall process and identifying potential hazards.
* Conducting leadership quality audits and reviewing site quality dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will be a proven professional with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. They must possess strong analysis skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to continuously improve industry best practices.
