We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linesperson/Network Technician to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, installations, and network upgrades in line with industry standards. They will also be required to complete inspection and commissioning records, both electronic and paper-based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices
* Complete accurate and timely inspection and commissioning records
* Participate in the on-call roster for afterhours and emergency fault response
* Operate equipment and machinery safely within licence and qualification limits
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Cert III in ESI - Distribution Powerline or equivalent Lineworker trade qualification. They must also have a valid HR driver's licence (or willingness to transfer to WA equivalent), a White Card, and High Risk Licences: EWP/WP, Forklift (FL), Dogman (DG), Rigging (RB). Additionally, they must hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Cable Jointing Cert III
* HV/LV Switching experience
* Glove and barrier qualification
* Pole top and EWP rescue training
* C2 Crane Licence
