We have an exciting contract chance for an experienced Development Marketing Manager to join our Commercial B2B marketing team based in Sydney. During this 12-month period, you will have the opportunity to drive key marketing activities for many of our flagship development assets across workplace and town centres.
**The Opportunity** - **About the Role**
- Lead project visioning and identity development for flagship assets
- Deliver launch events for completed developments
- Own customer insights and journey mapping for each development
- Deliver end-to-end marketing touchpoints, across multiple digital and traditional channels, to drive awareness and interest for each development
- Assist with leasing and EOI support
- Implement key milestone activities in line with project strategy
- Manage deliverables within budget and on time, seeking opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain capital partnering materials
- Agency and supplier partner management
- Reporting on campaign effectiveness
**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience
- B2B marketing experience ideally from commercial property
- Significant experience in marketing management, strategic planning and implementation
- Development marketing experience is desirable
- An innovative and creative individual, someone who can think outside the box, who understands the end goal but questions how we get there
