We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team at a resort located in the picturesque waterside precinct of Regional Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and passion in the hospitality industry.
 * Main Responsibilities:
 * Lead and motivate a dynamic team of chefs, waiting staff and kitchen assistants to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
 * Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal produce and innovative culinary techniques.
 * Liaise with suppliers and monitor food quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
 * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety protocols within the kitchen and restaurant areas.
 * Candidates Requirements:
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef or Restaurant Manager in a similar role.
 * Completion of a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification (Cert IV or Diploma of Hospitality).
 * Possess excellent leadership skills, creativity, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
