Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in our Mandurah store.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to succeed, with a strong focus on customer service and coaching. You will also have experience in monitoring store sales, identifying areas for improvement, and effectively managing wage costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and driving sales growth.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and coach your team to maintain high morale and engagement.
* Monitor store sales and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
* Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to rostering standards.
* Coach and mentor your team to encourage individual development and training.

* Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
* A motivated and driven attitude.

* A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
* Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
