Reporting to the Head Coach, the Age Group Swimming Coach will be responsible for delivering face-to-face training sessions for Metropolitan, State Age & National Age qualifiers.ResponsibilitiesCoach age group swimmers aiming to qualify for the National Age championships and swimmers competing at a State Age level.Develop and implement seasonal training plans, to assist in the development and progression of all swimmers within the program.Assist the Head Coach at NSW Metropolitan, State and National level competitions.Attend and coach at club races and internal/external meets.Contribute to the planning and coordination of internal swimming events and activities in consultation with the Head Coach.Monitor swimmer progress and provide regular feedback to parents.Perform basic administrative duties (attendance, communication, reporting).Contribute to a positive team culture and growth-focused coaching philosophy.ABOUT YOUYou bring a proven track record in teaching and coaching youth swimmers within the aquatics industry.
