About the Role
Bunnings Mentone is looking for two Full‐time Supervisors to join our team. The shifts will be from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. One position focuses on the Kitchen Department and requires an interest in design or sales. The role pays $30.78 per hour for employees aged 18 years and over.
As a Retail Supervisor, you will support the store's senior leadership team, keep the energy high, ensure operations run smoothly, and lead by example.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example, demonstrating best service practices and supporting the team to provide friendly and helpful advice to customers.
* Coach teammates through guidance on appropriate service behaviours.
* Onboard and train new team members, providing training and induction support.
* Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements.
* Manage and coordinate stock effectively.
Qualifications
* Experience supervising a team in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
* Result‐driven, team‐player mindset.
* Approachable and confident, creating positive customer experiences.
* Eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products.
* Physical capability to stand at the feet of customers during retail hours.
* Ability to guide, support, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
