Connolly Suthers Lawyers currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our long-established and respected local firm in our Townsville office.
As the firm's Marketing Coordinator, you will take ownership of all marketing activity, from planning and execution through to reporting. This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone who can balance creativity with attention to detail and enjoys working independently while collaborating with colleagues across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing and communication campaigns to promote the firm's services;
* Manage the firm's digital presence, including website updates and social media channels;
* Create engaging written and visual content using Canva and other tools;
* Coordinate community partnerships, sponsorships, and events;
* Develop and maintain relationships with media, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign outcomes; and
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:-
* A degree (or working towards a degree) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Graphic Design, or comparable experience.
* Experience in traditional, digital and social media marketing;
* Proficiency in Canva and the Microsoft Office suite;
* Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills;
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
* A creative mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving ability; and
* Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm to represent the Connolly Suthers brand.
