We're on the lookout for our next family physiotherapist
Our team of 8 experienced physiotherapists are looking to add a 9th team member who wants to challenge themselves, whether it's starting your journey as a physiotherapists or making a fresh change.
New grads are strongly encouraged to apply and with the level of support from our team with patient-centred care model this would be a great place to get your career started
The role:
* Full-time or part-time options depending on what suits
* Flexible work hours between Monday-Saturday our team do roughly 8.5 day fortnight's)
* Primary location will be in our growing Richmond clinic as well as home visits in the Hawkesbury and potentially lower blue mountains & hydrotherapy
Remuneration:
* Salary from $81,000 depending on experience + superannuation
* Travel allowance
* Phone, laptop and all other essentials provided
Development:
* Weekly 1.5 hour team professional development & weekly/fortnightly one on one mentoring
* We offer WSU clinical placements so have established experience in providing learning opportunities and mentoring for willing learners
* For new graduate applicants this role will include an initial period of shadowing, increased mentoring and case reviews with low caseload before progressing within the first 3 months
* As we cover such a wide range of patients, the learning and development is continual and everyday provides something new and exciting
Most importantly, the people:
* Mix caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neuro, aged care but a particular demand for our paedatric services has placed stronger need for someone with paediatric background/interest and everything in between
* Our referral sources include local GPs, word of mouth, rehabilitation at home programs (post-op), NDIS, aged care and workcover
* We are proud supporters and sponsors of Deaf Football Australia, Kellyville Kolts Football Club, Hawkesbury Little Athletics, Springwood United Football Club, GoalballNSW and more to come in 2026 so there's plenty of opportunity to get involved with these clubs
Essential requirements:
* Appropriate university degree (Bachelor, Masters or Doctor of physiotherapy or equivalent)
* AHPRA registration
* Professional & public indemnity insurance
* First aid
* Drivers license
