The Role: As the Product Specialist – AV, you’ll manage national strategic accounts and drive sales growth across the AV Large Format Display & Digital Signage (LFD & DS) portfolio. Acting as the key liaison between supplier BDMs and the national Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing the AV strategy, supporting year-on-year growth, and expanding the category through new supplier partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Meet periodic sales budgets and growth targets for specified AV LFD & DS portfolio Meet specified supplier targets and market share milestones Key sales liaison between suppliers BDMs and national Sales team Responsible for national accounts development in each territory Execute and manage Strategic Account Plans (SAPs) for assigned accounts Assist the Sales team in both selling and closing deals Develop sales and marketing strategy for portfolio Act as key channel product specialist for AV LFD & DS Communicate competitive market activities to support the national Sales team in achieving targets Support AV category pricing strategy internally and on the web Manage portfolio 90 days inventory and stock planning Coordinate and conduct product training and demonstration support for the Sales team and customers You Will Have: Core understanding of AV essential, with LFD & DS products preferred Proven strategic account management sales experience (B2B preferred) Ability to meet sales targets and set goals in a B2B environment Ability to communicate value in category to meet periodic obligations Ability to conduct demonstration in all category products Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong MS Excel experience Strong distribution commercial acumen Willing to travel when required Sounds like your ideal role?
