Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences in one of Australia's most iconic coastal towns? Horizon Byron Bay is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Rooftop Bar Manager to lead the operations of our vibrant rooftop venue.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term role with the potential for extension.

About the Role:
As our Rooftop Bar Manager, you'll take the reins of day-to-day operations of our stylish rooftop space, delivering exceptional service, managing a passionate team, and curating a premium beverage offering in line with Horizon's brand and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
* Lead, train and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team
* Manage rosters, stock control, budgets, and supplier relationships
* Collaborate with marketing and events to promote the rooftop as a must-visit destination
* Maintain compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in bar or hospitality management, ideally in a high-end or rooftop venue
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Passion for cocktails, wine, and guest experience
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* RSA certification and the right to work in Australia
