**The Role**
We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Technician. In this role you will be responding to and repairing breakdowns of our beverage equipment located in our customers sites. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.
Because our customers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, there will be a requirement for out-of-business hours rostering.
**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:
- Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit
- Servicing/installing all equipment within the specified timeframes and within customer expectations
- Proactively communicating to internal & external customers
- Performing Preventative Maintenance and Quality Assurance when required as per TCCC Standards
- Actioning receipts in a timely manner with all variances managed through relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring your safety and the safety of those around you are prioritised
- Actively contributing to and identifying EQS Hazards
- Actively participating in workplace inspections and audits

- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Agile in ways of working flexibly and collaboratively.
