Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work secured more than 12 months ahead with projects in the northern and eastern suburbs, we are seeking experienced Full-Time Carpenters and enthusiastic Apprentice Carpenters to join our team.

Qualified / Full-Time Carpenter
We are seeking skilled carpenters who take pride in their work and can deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes. Opportunities exist for experienced carpenters and Leading Hands looking for long-term stability and career growth.
Apprentice Carpenter
This full-time apprenticeship provides hands-on experience across commercial and residential projects, working under the guidance of highly skilled tradespeople while completing your formal carpentry qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Qualified / Full-Time Carpenters
* Deliver high-quality carpentry across commercial and residential projects
* Read and interpret plans, scope of works, and specifications
* Manage labour, materials, and time effectively to meet project deadlines
* Supervise apprentices and subcontractors as required
* Communicate with clients and provide exceptional on-site service
* Report daily progress and variations
Apprentice Carpenters
* Assist with construction and installation of timber frames, floors, walls, and roofs
* Learn to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
* Develop skills using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembly
* Support installation of cabinets, joinery, and other woodwork features
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite
* Participate in on-the-job training and complete apprenticeship requirements

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
