As a Digital Journey Optimisation Manager you will leverage your digital experience, analytics & expertise to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experiences and drive solutions to increase conversions for the business and a better experience for our customers.

You'll work with a team of talented POs, UX designers, marketing, data and product managers to help customers on their journey to buying their dream property, refinancing or staying in control of their home loan. By using data-driven and customer-led insights you'll ensure experiences are compelling and personalised, positioning CBA as Australia's trusted home lender of choice.
**On any given week you will**
- Drive End-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns, including A/B testing and Personalised messaging, from ideation to execution and measurements, using Adobe Test & Target, Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and deep-dive analysis of key metrics
- Develop and execute on a data-driven tactical roadmap for Home Buying Digital experiences along with key stakeholders
- Identify and drive key strategic initiatives
- Develop and drive content strategy to focus on key home loan segments as well as SEO and journeys from paid media
- Support projects impacting digital acquisition and/or retention experiences for home loan customers.

- A clear customer focus with proven channel and stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver and own a strategy from inception through to execution.
- Hands on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (Adobe Experience Platform incl Target, Experience Manager, Audience Manager &/or Journey Optimizer ideal)
- Passionate about SEO/website/owned channel optimisation, digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends - hands on experience with Semrush and Google Search Console a plus
