We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Mourilyan team. If you enjoy creating a positive experience for customers, take pride in your work, and can motivate and support others, we want to hear from you.
This role requires flexibility to work across store trading hours, including weekends. You will also be required to assist with merchandising and stock rotation, which involves periods of standing and some heavy lifting.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Attendant, you will:
* Operate the console and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
* Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties
* Handle cash and process transactions accurately
* Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Merchandise, rotate and maintain stock levels
* Uphold high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the site
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Has experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role (preferred)
* Can safely lift and move items up to 20kg
* Works well within a team environmentPresents professionally at all times
* Is flexible, adaptable and eager to grow with the business
* Creates a memorable and positive customer experience
