About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Paramedic to join our operations across metropolitan Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, patient transport, and critical medical support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care and treatment
* Assess and stabilise patients in urgent and high-pressure situations
* Operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment safely and effectively
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, emergency services, and hospitals

About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic (or eligibility to obtain)
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Paramedicine (or equivalent)
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence (with a good driving record)
* Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills
* Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts
* Physically fit and emotionally resilient
Desirable (but not essential)
* Prior experience in emergency or non-emergency patient transport
* Intensive Care Paramedic qualifications
* Additional certifications (e.g., ALS, PHTLS, ACLS)
