When someone buys or refinances their house, they receive a letter in the mail requesting information about mortgage protection coverage. Once they complete a short recorded survey, we're notified that they want to talk to us.
Our agents simply call them back, set an appointment, and walk them through options to make sure their mortgage and family are protected. There's no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends or family. Every lead has already requested help.
What You'll Do:
* Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads by phone or video conference
* Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
* Follow our proven sales process – no guesswork required
* Participate in daily coaching sessions to stay on track
What You'll Need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-discipline to work remotely and stay consistent
* Willingness to learn and apply feedback
* Life insurance license (or ability to complete a short online course)
* Laptop, phone, and internet connection
