Role Description: We are seeking a registered secondary teacher to join a Wellington secondary school in a Vocational Pathways role. While prior vocational pathways or careers experience is not essential, applicants must bring broad teaching or life experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine interest in supporting students with their next steps beyond school. This role involves working closely with students who are preparing for work experience, further education, training, or full-time employment. You will support students to identify goals, develop employability skills, and make informed decisions about their future pathways. The position requires collaboration with teaching staff, senior leadership, whānau, and external providers to ensure students are well supported through key transition points. Hours are negotiable, with both full-time and part-time options available.
