Job Description
As the Albury Branch Manager, you'll deliver exceptional member service, build relationships, inspire a motivated team, enhance branch performance, and engage in community initiatives.

* Lead a motivated team and drive sales targets by monitoring performance, providing coaching, and supporting team members in achieving goals.
* Proactively engage members to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with specialists and community stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
* Support operational efficiency through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and adherence to organisational strategies.

* Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and commitment to personal and team development.
Qualifications
* Performance‑driven leadership emphasising coaching and development.
* Expertise in member relationship management and consumer lending.
* Knowledge of local business and willingness to be involved in community development.
* Proven ability in effective risk management and guiding strategic direction and growth.
* Banking expertise will be highly regarded.
