The team at Drinkworks is nimble, crafty, and has strong trade relationships to maximize brand success.Role DescriptionThe National Account Executive will support the National Account Manager in reporting, analysis, and processing of sales and pricing information.
Working with teams across the business including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics, to achieve and deliver on role objectives.This role provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to build the skill sets required for account management while supporting the business.Key ActivitiesReport on financials related to processed transactions (credits/types).Provide strong analytical and commercial support to ensure the Modern channel is driven forward to achieve market share and profit targets.Drive business projects that deliver sales growth and improved efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end claims management.Build automation of processing tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Identify claims, variances, underlying issues, and implement process changes as needed.Work with Retailer financial teams on disputes.Model commercial outcomes using retailer platforms and financial data.Forecast and review product sales and customer orders.Trade ActivationsIdentify potential issues and adjust plans to meet KPIs.Develop Retailer activations to deliver commercial outcomes.Retailer and Wholesaler RecordsMaintain product records with customers, including costs and attributes.Manage the Promotional Plan.Handle internal price submissions, communication, and tools for all banners.Consumer ActivationsDevelop store target lists.Maintain channel consumer activation calendar and banner-specific versions.RequirementsPreferredDegree or Diploma in Business, Administration, or similar.Experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Liquor industry preferred.
