The primary function of this role is to provide customers with a comprehensive understanding of BYD models, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions.
* Welcome customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom
* Conduct thorough demonstrations and test drives that showcase the features, performance, and value of each model
* Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable BYD models based on their requirements
* Effectively manage online inquiries, leads, and follow-up pipelines to ensure seamless communication
* Clearly explain charging options, running costs, and ownership benefits to customers
* Collaborate with finance, delivery, and service teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions
* Providing expert knowledge on BYD models, including their features, advantages, and applications
* Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies
