About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Hospital Campus Manager is responsible for safe, efficient and effective clinical and operational management of the campus after business hours.
The Hospital Campus Manager collaborates with senior management to plan, organise, implement and evaluate patient services, while coordinating day to day bed management and patient flow.
We have a twelve (12) month fixed term / part-time (40 hours per fortnight) opportunity available, based at St Vincent's Hospital, Lismore.
About You
* Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
* Flexible and available to work after hours shifts including evening, night and weekend shifts
* Demonstrated effective clinical leadership & management skills
* Current Advanced Life Support certification
* Minimum 5 years clinical experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Management experience desirable
