Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
* Design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and workforce needs.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
* Develop and implement ER and IR frameworks, policies and procedures to strengthen compliance and consistency.
* Build and manage constructive relationships with labour unions and employee representatives.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct thorough workplace investigations and recommend appropriate outcomes.
