A day in the life of a F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's experience.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you will maintain sky‐high standards and create unforgettable experiences.
Inherent requirements
* The role involves manual handling and lifting, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Applicants must safely and efficiently perform these physical tasks.
About you
* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to details.
* You're a team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You hold a current RSA certificate and have flexible availability.
