About The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a hands-on Social Media & Influencer Exec to bring First Table to life across Australia and New Zealand (with the occasional UK moment).
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social. You'll own our day-to-day social presence, lead our influencer, UGC and ambassador programmes, and turn great content into real impact, from brand love to bookings.
You'll report into our Marketing & Communications Manager and work closely with our wider marketing team, taking an established strategy and executing it brilliantly. If you love creators, content, community, and using insights to continuously lift performance, you'll feel right at home.
This position can be based remotely from Auckland or at our Queenstown HQ.

About The Role
This is an execution-led role with real ownership.
You'll run our social channels day to day, build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators, and ensure we have a steady pipeline of high-quality, on-brand content that supports awareness, acquisition, and performance marketing.
There are no direct reports, this role is perfect for someone who wants to deepen their craft, grow their influence, and see their work out in the world every day.
What you'll be doing
* Own First Table's social media and influencer execution across Australia and New Zealand
* Manage influencer, UGC, and ambassador partnerships end to end
* Create and publish high-performing, on-brand social content
* Build engaged communities through active, authentic social interaction
* Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to support growth and campaigns
* Measure, learn, and optimise content and creator performance
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in B2C social media and influencer marketing
* Proven, hands-on experience managing social channels and influencer campaigns end to end
* Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for what works on social
* A solid understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation
* Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* A collaborative, proactive mindset and genuine love for social and creator culture
