About the Role The TAFE Teacher will be responsible for delivering and assessing quality vocational education and training (VET) programs. The role encompasses managing the entire learning cycle, from initial enquiry to final assessment, utilizing various teaching strategies including recognition of prior learning, online and workplace learning, and traditional classroom delivery. About You You should have the ability to research, develop, and implement innovative curricula, effectively utilize online learning platforms, and possess excellent communication skills. Administrative competence, including maintaining accurate records, is essential.Plan, prepare, deliver, and assess training programsMonitor, assess, and record student attendance, progress, and resultsParticipate in internal and external auditsEvaluate teaching and learning resourcesRequirements include holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in adult education.
