People and Capability Professional
We are seeking an experienced People and Capability Professional to join our team. This role will support the employee lifecycle and deliver best practice people services while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
This position is accountable for:
* Delivering people services end to end in line with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements;
* Supporting leaders with recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
* Health, safety, and wellbeing including workers' compensation;
* Supporting leaders with the performance cycle and people related issues;
* Employee relations;
* Remuneration & benefits, including support with remuneration surveys and role & salary benchmarking;
* Building trusted relationships and supporting/coaching leaders regarding the employee life cycle & people issues;
* Providing people administration support for the end-to-end employee lifecycle as required.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* At least 3-5 years' experience in human resources;
* Tertiary Qualifications in human resources (desired but not mandatory);
* Ideally previous exposure in Health, Safety & Wellbeing and Employee Relations (desired but not mandatory).
