Pharmaceutical Production Associate
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the manufacture of high-quality controlled alkaloid raw materials.
* Receive, inspect, and store materials safely and efficiently.
* Follow established manufacturing procedures in line with EHS and cGMP standards.
* Record accurate daily production data and ensure goods are stored correctly.
* Operate plant machinery and support production goals.
* Operate forklifts and front-end loaders if licensed/ticketed.
* Assist in other areas if trained (Waste Water Treatment Plant, Crop reception, Boiler etc).

What We Require
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
* Microsoft Office and database skills.
* A focus on safety procedures and manual handling techniques.
* Physical fitness and ability to work in a hands-on environment.
* Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (days and nights across a 7-day roster).
* Pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
* Obtain a police clearance to meet the licencing agreement for the site.
