A fantastic opportunity - 12 months contract Attractive daily pay rate of $1000 super Hybrid work arrangement (WFH minimum 3 days in Parramatta office) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of one or more projects and/or programs. You will be looking after end-to-end project management, including planning, risk assessment, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. You'll manage timelines, apply change control, provide regular updates, and support process improvements to ensure successful project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan by identifying tasks, setting milestones, and mapping them to a realistic timeline. Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle. Budgeting: Establish the project budget and track financial performance, ensuring alignment with the approved financial plan. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, provide regular updates on progress, and ensure appropriate resources are allocated to deliver key outcomes. Leadership: Guide and support project team members to remain focused, motivated, and productive, ensuring delivery is aligned with business objectives. Time Management: Create and maintain a detailed project schedule, making timely updates as the project evolves to ensure deadlines are met. Change Control: Adapt plans as needed in response to changing circumstances, ensuring all modifications follow agreed-upon project management methodologies. Reporting: Continuously monitor project performance and provide accurate, timely reports to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes upon completion, identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance future project delivery. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: A degree in technology or related discipline and a PRINCE2/PMI Certification 5–10 years of experience in delivering digital projects preferred Must be experienced in Waterfall, SCRUM & SaFE and Iterative/Incremental. Effective leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation and dispute resolution skills Strong understanding of business requirements and technical limitations as determined by the organisation’s enterprise architecture Must have experience in project scheduling software (either Microsoft Project / Primavera) and project finance management software (SAP) If this sounds like you, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
