We're seeking an experienced HR Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven consulting environment.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of HR advisory, compliance and operational services across multiple client organisations
* Build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Work with our HR team to deliver high‑quality consulting outcomes aligned with client needs
* Contribute to the ongoing development of HR frameworks, systems and tools
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development
* Collaborate across our HR, WHS and QA teams to support integrated service delivery
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, client interaction and problem‑solving — and who wants to genuinely influence outcomes across many businesses instead of just one.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Management or a related discipline
* Approx. 10+ years' experience in HR generalist roles (consulting experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong working knowledge of Fair Work, modern awards and HR best practice
* Demonstrated experience in document development, policy writing and HR process improvement
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Clear, confident and professional communication skills
* Ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality
* A genuine interest in consulting and working across diverse industries
