An exciting opportunity to join the Critical Care Capital Division at Device Technologies, leading the national growth of our capital equipment portfolio and expanding market share across public and private hospital networks. Working alongside a dedicated sales team, the National Sales Manager will provide hands‐on leadership to drive revenue growth and build long‐term customer partnerships.
In this role, you will lead and develop a high‐performing national sales team through coaching, in‐field engagement, and capability development. You will oversee territory planning, sales execution, and capital equipment pipeline management through Salesforce CRM to ensure revenue and product hierarchy targets are achieved.
Working closely with the Business Manager and Senior Product Managers, you will support sales forecasting, budget planning, and the implementation of sales strategies aligned with marketing initiatives. The role also focuses on monitoring team performance, identifying capability gaps, and implementing programmes and tools that drive sales growth.
You will maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders, provide in‐field market insights, and support industry conferences and educational activities, while ensuring all reporting, compliance, and administrative requirements are completed in line with company standards.

Experience required:
* 2-3 years sales management required
* Experience in Hospital procurement and state tenders
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Proven understanding of sales management
* Understanding of TGA/Regulatory Affairs
* Experience within the healthcare industry
