International Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
At the heart of our recruitment strategy lies the role of a seasoned International Recruitment Specialist. This is a dynamic position that calls for an experienced professional to lead international student recruitment efforts across key markets.
This specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with registered agents, schools, and partners in designated regions, ensuring a seamless delivery of Curtin's international education offerings.
Through effective consultation and negotiation, this individual will establish networks with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering meaningful relationships to drive recruitment growth.
* Collaborate with International Recruitment Consultants to develop conversion strategies tailored to regional needs.
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment plans to identify new market opportunities and expand international student enrollment.
* Manage and monitor the service delivery of Curtin's international agents, adhering to relevant contracts and established KPIs.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with feeder and pathway institutions, facilitating effective recruitment strategies.
* Nurture networks with Curtin staff, government representatives, and industry associates for collaborative recruitment efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
We seek candidates who possess:
* Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate study, combined with extensive relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
* A deep understanding of the international student recruitment sector, including legislative requirements, market dynamics, and current trends.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling consultative and negotiating abilities.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead teams, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
* High-level organisational and time management skills, allowing for the handling of competing priorities and strict deadlines.
* Conversational fluency in one or more languages other than English (desired).
* Experience in student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa regions (desired).
