Job Summary
The Home Care Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional in-home aged care services to clients in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will work with minimal supervision to ensure services align with legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
* Certificate IV (or higher) in Aged Care / Individual Care or Disability Care is highly preferred.
* A valid C Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are essential for this role.
* You should be comfortable traveling to clients' homes when required.
* Prior experience in a Support or Personal Care worker, preferably within the Aged Care industry, is advantageous.
* Independence and ability to work unsupervised are crucial for success in this position.
* Strong administrative and computer skills are necessary for managing client records and reports.
* The ability to demonstrate empathy and patience towards aged people, their families, and personal carers is vital for providing exceptional care services.
