**About the Role**
We’re on the hunt for a Junior Brand Designer (YOU!) to join our in-house creative agency ‘The Inside Job’, you’ll will be assisting in crafting creative, on brand assets across the three brands and helping take the work to the next level and make
our network of Aussie banks even more famous.
Each time a design is crafted, it needs to look beautiful no matter what it’s for - we see the opportunities in things others wouldn’t, championing design quality at EVERY SINGLE level of the brands. Each time we communicate with anyone internally or externally, we’re representing all three brands (Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money and ME) so we need to be more designed, more desirable and more playful than our
competitors.
We may work at banks, it doesn’t mean we need to look like them. We’ve used nudists to sell home loans (BOQ), Destiny’s Child lyrics to explain app features (ME) and because no one was explaining superannuation well, we just made up our own word for it (Virgin).
Reporting to our Senior Brand Designer, the role will assist the team for on-brand work, interpreting, implementing and rolling out the creative. You’ll also help develop and design a range of assets from social to print and ensure we have beautifully designed work that gives a true representation of each of our brands.

**About you**
A unicorn would be great, but we’ll settle for someone exceptional! As our Junior Designer you’ll naturally have the creative juices flowing but we also need someone who is looking to learn new skills take the next step in their design career.
For this role, we’re looking for someone with ad agency, or design studio experience - we will even consider graduates who can demonstrate a varied portfolio and who is willing to hit the ground running. A working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and some experience with Figma or similar is a plus.
We’ve got a bunch nice, ambitious, ego-free creatives, writers, designers, and multimedia maestros to shape the brands we work on from the inside out, so we’re looking for someone who’ll be able to support, collaborate and bring their own flare
to the role while also wanting to buy into the culture and help us grow.
With growth plans in mind, we need you to comfortable with high volume environments where deadlines are tight but are met. Our ability to deliver on time and with quality is the cornerstone of our success. Finally, you’ll be an all-round nice person - it goes along way with us.
