About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Boilermaker to join our Kalgoorlie-based team, offering a dynamic work environment and excellent growth opportunities. As a key member of our workshop and site projects, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and piping systems.

About You
* Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication Trade or equivalent
* Qualified Metal Fabricators, Pressure Welders, and Welders (First Class)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in welding and metal fabrication (preferably in mining or heavy industry)
* Current Australian driver's licence and full work rights in Australia
* High attention to detail and a strong safety mindset
* Confined Space and Working at Heights certification
* High-Risk Work Licence (e.g. Forklift, EWP)
* Pressure welding experience highly regarded
* National Police Clearance
* Medical and drug/alcohol screening

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret technical drawings, blue prints, plans, and specifications
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
* Perform high-pressure welding for piping and structural systems in accordance with industry standards
* Set up and operate manual and automated welding equipment
* Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with precision and safety
* Conduct inspections to ensure fabricated components meet quality and safety standards
* Operate hand and power tools to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts
* Fit and tack weld parts into position for final welding
* Carry out maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and heavy machinery
* Uphold workplace safety, environmental, and compliance standards
