These are ongoing positions offering stability, consistent hours, and opportunities to develop your skills within a professional food preparation and packaging environment.
Full-time candidates are preferred, though students and longer term visa holders are also encouraged to apply
Available Positions:
Butcher – Portion Cutting Specialist
Rate: $45.00 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am
* Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat for the production team with precision and consistency
* Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Butcher – Generalist
Rate: $43.63 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am
* Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts, dicing, trimming and using the bandsaw
* Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential
Knife Hand
Rate: $41.25 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am
* Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers, trim, and slice meat for further processing
* Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded
Production Worker
Rate: $37.88 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am
* Assist with scraping meat from bones, mincing, and marinating meat products.
* Suited to candidates who enjoy hands‑on processing work
Warehouse Operator
Rate: $38.68 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am
* Duties include packing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and dispatching meat products
* Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required
