Ideally, we are looking for a very smart and driven law student with at least 1 year remaining on their law degree to work 3 to 4 days a week. You will have a distinction average from a reputable university. For the right candidate, you will have carriage of litigation files, under supervision, that no big tier or mid tier firm would dream of letting you work on. The experience you gain with our firm will make you stand out from the pack when applying for top tier grad roles.

About the Role
In this role, the Law Clerk will assist across our four main practice areas: commercial litigation, property, construction, and insurance law.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Working on simpler litigation files, similar to a graduate lawyer
* Drafting affidavits and witness statements
* Legal research
* Preparing court forms eg consent orders, subpoenaes etc.
* Electronic filing in all court
Ideally we are looking to hire top talent with high grade averages who can work at least 3 or 4 days a week whilst completing their degrees. If you are talented and hard working, this position could later transition into a grad role.
