About the Role
You will be the primary point of contact for end user IT support and problem resolution at our client site two days a week, while also providing remote support on another site. This is an on-site position located at our client site.
Responsibilities
Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware Installation, Setup and Configuration, Problem Diagnosis and Resolution.
Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment.
General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site.
Manage incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks and assets within the IT Service Management tool to a high standard and within SLAs.
Keeping the stock, computer and communications rooms tidy and in order.
Managing E-waste.
Facilitating user training sessions.
Assisting with project work and planned activities.
Occasional participation in after hours/ weekend support & deployment activities as required.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally you will be qualified in an IT related discipline and have experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office and have a basic understanding of networking.

Requirements
A driver's license is a must for this position, as you may occasionally be required to attend other sites.
