Custom Windows – Aluminium Window & Doors
Custom Windows is looking for an experienced person to work in our Saw and Fabrication departments.
Custom Windows is a dynamic, quality aluminium windows and doors company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminium windows and doors for a wide range of projects across the residential, building, commercial and mining industries.
With over 60 staff across two large factories, we offer a stable and long‑term position for a person who is driven, accurate and willing to learn, improve and grow through the business.
Senior Saw Operator
* Experience with industrial saws.
* Ability to carry and manoeuvre full‑length extrusions on and off the cutting table.
* Experience in aluminium windows and doors beneficial but not essential.
* This position is required for the manufacture of aluminium windows and doors from our Bassendean production facility.
Your day to day
Your days will be regularly different, interesting and challenging as you will be manufacturing products for residential and commercial projects.
You will be cutting and manufacturing aluminium windows and doors using the Carinya range of aluminium products including the Alspec range of commercial window/door products.
You will work closely with your co‑workers, Project Manager and Business Director to ensure SONG high‑quality manufactured finish, ensuring the projects are completed on time.
You will be required to work well with the team in a busy environment.
The successful applicant/s must have
* Ability to be self‑driven, learn quickly and have an eye for detail.
* Reliability and a structured, tidy working style.
* Ability to understand tasks and read drawings or learn to read drawings.
* Ability to follow instructions, a positive working attitude, work as a team and ensure work is undertaken grinised safe manner.
* A fantastic "Can do Attitude ", excellent attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
