We are seeking a seasoned personal injury lawyer to join our client advisory practice in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. As a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for conducting first client appointments, providing initial legal advice, and building strong relationships with clients.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct first client appointments to determine viability of matters and offer legal cost agreements as required
* Provide accurate initial legal advice and negotiate legal cost agreements
* Build strong relationships with clients to drive conversion and satisfaction outcomes
* Demonstrate innovative thinking and capability to test new techniques and adopt new technology to enhance process effectiveness
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Post-admission experience as a personal injury lawyer, preferably in public liability or work and road
* Expert knowledge and passion for personal injury law, preferably in public liability or work and road
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management
