About this role:
The Site Administrator is a critical member of the site management team, responsible for ensuring project efficiency and compliance through daily administrative tasks.
This role plays a significant part in the sustainability and financial health of the organization by managing documentation, supporting site operations, and enhancing overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, safety records, inductions, purchase orders, and site expenditures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Operational Efficiency: Drive the development and implementation of streamlined administrative processes to enhance project performance.
* Site Coordination: Oversee site access, security, office facilities, and travel arrangements for personnel.
What We're Looking For:
* Essential Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, with strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction site operations and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
* Desirable Qualifications: First Aid Certificate and Certificate in Emergency Response.
* Key Attributes: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills.
