The Role
* 12-month parental leave contract, Sydney-based, Hybrid 3 days office, 2 WFH

Reporting to the Managing Director and Director of People & Culture, the Manager, Office of the Managing Director, plays a critical role in enabling the effective operation of the executive office and driving key strategic initiatives. The role also provides executive assistant support to the Director of People & Culture in a professional and responsive manner. This is a highly visible and trusted position, partnering closely with senior leadership and managing one direct report (Executive Assistant).
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the daily operations of the Managing Director's office, ensuring priorities, workflows and initiatives are delivered effectively
* Leading cross‐functional projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director, tracking progress through to completion
* Managing executive office logistics including board papers, executive committee materials, and leadership events
* Preparing high‐quality briefings, research and communications to support decision‐making and stakeholder engagement
* Building strong relationships across the Executive, Board, and key internal and external stakeholders while acting as a central point of contact
About you
* A proven background in executive office management, operations, or organisational administration (6‐8+ years' experience)
* Demonstrated success supporting senior executives and delivering complex, high‐impact projects
* Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
* Exceptional organisational, planning and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
