About the Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a food production environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring product quality and efficiency across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working on a production line (conveyor work)
* Packing, quality checking, and general food processing duties
* Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (10–11 hours per shift)
* Supporting a site that operates 24/7
Pay rate: $30 per hour + shift penalties
What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
* A reliable car and valid driver's licence
* Previous food processing or manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
* Full flexibility to work a rotating roster, including on-call shifts
* The ability to lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive manual tasks
* Reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive team attitude
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
