At Sparkways, we value the Co-educator and Diploma roles equally, and there is no differences in duties or seniority. Unfortunately, due to funding, there is a small difference in the hourly rate. The majority of our staff in Coeducator positions have Diploma or Degree level qualifications. Please read our information sheet about working in Sessional Kindergarten
Coeducator (Cert III Minimum) - 3-year-old Green Group
* Roster: Days - Wed, Thr & Fri
* Wed & Thu - 9.00 am to 3.00 pm
* Fri - 9.00 am - 12.00 pm
* 15 hrs per week - Co-educator - $24 to $26.74 per hour, subject to experience
* You must have a completed your Certificate III or Diploma ECEC
All positions
* Register for extra shifts on our busy relief team on your non-working days
* No work over the school holidays
